Mission Report: Hamlin Gulch

While up on the trail clean up we were flagged down by a gentleman with a Jetta in a precarious situation on Hamlin Gulch. Our lead members were able to formulate a plan and safely extracted his vehicle without damage in just about 2 hours on scene. We cannot stress enough the importance of knowing your equipment, and how to properly use it. This pull used two winches and 3 snatch blocks to properly rig the vehicle and pull it back to safety.

Remember if you think you may need help; ask and trust those who do this every day. We are always happy to offer our assistance. In addition to our leaders, thanks to our members James and JD for helping out today.
