Prospective Member Informational Sessions

Would you like to join Colorado 4x4 Rescue and Recovery?

CO4x4RnR recruits new members twice a year, usually in the spring and early summer.  As part of that new member recruitment process, we host New Member Informational Sessions anywhere from 3 to 5 weeks before the new cohort is going to start. During these sessions we cover the history of the org, our unique role in the search and rescue community, how a typical incident is fielded and executed, along with the application process and what new members can expect during their probationary period. It will be an interactive session and we always leave time at the end for attendees to ask questions and open discussion. Our goal is to ensure that prospective members fully understand the requirements and what is expected of them before they join.
